Psychotherapy Services
Empowering Growth and Healing – Personalized Support for Individuals, Relationships, and Communities.
About me
I’m a fully qualified and BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist who can use various techniques to help my clients better themselves. These techniques include (but are not limited to) Psychodynamic techniques, CBT techniques, and Person-centered therapies. Since everyone is unique, the therapeutic approach I use for each client will be tailored to meet their needs in a non-judgemental and secure format, and in a way that best works for them, instead of the other way around.
